This palindrome came about when I was experimenting with names that were familiar to me. That is how our dog Walter came to be in this one. Although he does like to ride on our kayak (not so secretively and always obeying all known laws), I assure you he does not do it in a cesspool!

I’ve always been fascinated with words. I discovered palindromes long before the internet, but I never thought about composing one until 2016. For a year or so, I could not think of a palindrome that was more than two words long until one day, something “clicked,” and it just became a little easier for me.
